Acquisitions
Based on the iInvestor's request to find a suitable location to build a new BTS site, Lukromtel starts the Acquisition Process. Following the RF planner requierements and recommendations our acquisition technicians visit the area and perform preliminary survey.
Consequently the most suitable candidates for site are identified and preliminary Acquisition Report for each of them in requiered format is worked-out and sent to Investor.
Investor then choose the best suiting candidate. Owners of the property are contacted and potential contract agreement is negotiated. On-site meeting with representants of all parties concerned is organized and a frame technical solution and acces details are agreed.
Based on the meeting our acquisition engineers elaborate the detailed Acquisition Report for the chosen candidate and work out the drawings. After final OK from investor starts the Permit Process when all authorities concerned have to be asked for their stand and approval. Final contract with property owner is signed and all Legal Formalities settled. . After obtaining all necessary approvals our acquisition department may apply Building Authority for final Building Permit.
Acquisition process finishes with obtaining the Building Permit and handover of all relevant documents to the Investor.
