Implementation of Health and Safety Management System in Lukromtel company made possible to :
- introduce the correct practise in Workplace Health and Safety Management
- determine competences and responsibilities in HSM area
- improve health and safety risk management
- estabilish the system of regular training of staff in regards of HSM
- introduce internal HSM communication channels between different levels of our organisation and also between Lukromtel and partners
- provide for emergency readiness
- enhance prevention of workplace injuries and health damage
